Founder and Executive Director of CRISIS & energy markets! (caem!)(a US pro-free market think tank). He has also been an adjunct professor at Randolph-Macon College in law and economics of energy and environment, the Executive Director of Randolph-Macon College’s Moral Foundations of Capitalism Program, and a Senior Fellow with the Ocean State Policy Research Institute (OSPRI).
